Martha

We are looking for sponsorship to support Martha's work.

Sponsoring a child a Cicely Peace Matunda Orphanage is not just about giving money – it can be a very personal experience. You can learn directly about the real difference you are making with emails, letters, drawings and photographs. The school the child attends operates an English Language curriculum so communication should not be troublesome. Additionally, unlike some other sponsorship schemes, you can also visit the orphanage if you ever wanted to.

Sponsoring a child is a commitment to helping develop and change the life of a young child. The best thing that has happened to this child so far is their admission to Cicely Peace Matunda. Now you can directly help and positively influence their future by assisting the child and their adopted community of the orphanage.

You can help by committing to a regular monthly donation, between £20 and £60 achieves lasting results. The money you provide will be spent well and help ensure a child gets:

  • Childcare and a place at the Orphanage
  • An education in the school attached to the orphanage
  • Food and water
  • Clothing
  • Medical Care
  • ‘Treats’ for birthday, Christmas and other special occasions

The cost can be shared between families, friends or colleagues if you wish to operate a ‘joint sponsorship’. We encourage schools, youth groups and businesses to sponsor a child (or even more than one) and think that sponsorship is a wonderful opportunity for learning. If you wish you could also sponsor one of the teachers at the school - please contact us directly if you would like to consider this or find out more information.

Every single penny goes directly to Cicely Peace Matunda in Tanzania. All administrative costs and transfer charges are funded directly by the Cicely Foundation founders.
